Paleo Keto bolognese sauce recipe I really love

I really love this Lamb Keto paleo bolognese sauce recipe when I have been very active and I am in the mood for something really delicious 

Ingredients for this paleo bolognese sauce recipe

• 2 pounds minced lamb
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp beef-fat, butter or ghee
• A few ripe tomatoes, cut in small pieces
•  red paprika, cleaned and cut in small pieces.
• 1 pound of mushrooms(chop them into small pieces)
• large onion, chopped
• 5 – 8 cloves of garlic
• Crushed peppers to taste
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 tsp dried Indian coriander
• 4 sprigs of thyme
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp dried rosemary
• Sea salt & Pepper
• Fresh oregano, basil, parsley and thyme finely chopped
• 2 medium-sized spaghetti squash, halved with seeds removed
• 1 cup of bone broth

 Method for this paleo bolognese sauce recipe

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise
3. Remove seeds from centre and coat with olive oil and salt.
4. Lay on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
5. Put in the oven and roast for 50 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce, by browning the lamb.
7. Add the beef fat, onions, garlic, crushed red pepper, half the tomato paste, bay leaves,
sprigs of thyme,and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes .
8. Mix in the remaining spices including cumin,oregano, sea salt, pepper, and coriander.
9. Add some bone-broth and the tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
10. Leave it at very low heat until the spaghetti squash is ready.
11. Add the finely cut mushrooms to the mix and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
12. Optional: add some curry, curcumin, cumin and garam masala towards the end for a
heart-warming twist.
13. Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
14. Scrape out the squash with a fork and combine with sauce in bowl.
15. Add the olive oil to the sauce just before serving, or sprinkle tiny on plate.
16. Enjoy this lamb paleo bolognese sauce recipe!
