Avocado health benefits are up and counting.  It is one of the healthiest low carb fruits mother nature invented:)

Avocados contain zinc, iron, manganese, and magnesium. The fruit also contains Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. That’s a lot of B-Vitamins! It also contains fiber, copper, folate, and potassium. Avocados are full of healthy fats, have high phytonutrient content and are naturally low in sodium.

Avocados’ truly are one of the top superfoods to add to your diet. In terms of calories, one medium-sized avocado has around 215 total calories. Don’t let the high calories scare you because fibre and healthy fats should only help you lose weight.

 Avocados are also high in healthy fatty acids such as monounsaturated fatty acids. Avocado contains soluble and insoluble forms of fibre which means they can help in keeping your digestive tract functioning.

This low carb avocado fruit is ideal for Keto-diet 

With a mere 2 net carbohydrates per 100 grams, the avocado is a must on the list of the keto diet.  The fruit holds a lot of antioxidants for natural free radical defence. Additionally, the high amount of oleic acid serves to help lowering inflammation and for lowering cholesterol levels. With its high-fat contact, nutrient-dense and super low in carbs, this is one of the most perfect superfoods for a ketogenic diet.  The fruit is rich and filling, making it hard to over-indulge on carbs.
