This easy-to-prep guacamole recipe is a healthy and delicious side-dish with veggies or on top of grilled meat or fish.
For breakfast ideas, you can also combine it with eggs and bacon or simply on a toasted keto-bread slice.
I frequently use avocado’s in shakes to control small appetites during the day, especially during hot summer months.

- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 or 2 pieces of fresh garlic
- Half small onion
- Juice of half lemon
- Organic Himalayan Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
Method for this delicious keto guacamole
- Slice avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Mash up the avocado (without the pit, until moderately creamy). For excellent results and taste, ensure your avocados are ripe
- Mix the garlic and onions
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and finely chopped cilantro.
- Mash-up everything and add salt to taste
