Dandruff cure: Aloe Vera gel

Aloe Vera has been used for years in developing countries to treat hair and skin conditions, especially dandruff.  In fact, Aloe works because it has naturally occurring antibacterial and antifungal properties. Therefore it can break down dead skin cells.

Throughout centuries, Aloe Vera is a plant with a history of healing for many centuries. Deep inside the plant lies a nutrient-rich gel used in all types of skin and haircare products. Notably, its inner gel contains amino acids, minerals, enzymes and essential fatty acids that heal. The main compound of the Aloe juice, mucopolysaccharides, are one of the primary substances of the fillers of the spaces between the human cells in our bodies – like a mortar that binds humans’ cells. When the human cells receive this mortar continuously the body’s toxic waste eliminates and regenerates.

Another key point, the main compound of the Aloe juice are mucopolysaccharides. Which are one of the primary substances of the fillers of the spaces between the human cells in our bodies. In other words, like a mortar that binds humans’ cells.

Aloe Vera gel is one of the key natural remedies to help solve hair problems

First, polyuronide belongs to the group of polysaccharides. Secondly, scientific research proves that this compound is one of the most important substances for our immune system. Therefore, it’s no wonder that this plant is called the gift of Venus, Goddess of Love!

Third, Choline Salicylate is the main ingredient in Aloe Vera, which has potent anti-inflammatory properties. As Aloe Vera is applied to the hair, it heals irritations and reduces pain and swelling. Another substantial property of Aloe Vera is Mucopolysaccharide.
As it is rich in chondroitin sulphate, it naturally heals wounds. Aloe Vera also moisturises and helps improve circulation of blood flow to the scalp.

Aloe Vera is also one of the top natural remedies to combat hair loss

I use it for my natural haircare routine regularly

  • Apply the gel to scalp
  • Leave on for 45 min to 1 hour
  • Rinse thoroughly using a mild shampoo or Ayurvedic hair wash powders

  • Use the freshest Aloe Vera you can get your hands on.

Neem oil‘s strong antiseptic and antibacterial properties can also help keep bacteria and secondary skin infections at bay. It is also effective against human fungi, such as candida which is a major cause of dandruff.

Dandruff is usually down to inflammation which can also leave your scalp feeling dry and itchy. Neem oil can help soothe and combat these symptoms and is usually a key ingredient in natural anti-dandruff shampoos. Eczema sufferers should also apply neem oil as it works well for pain-relief, helping to soothe itchiness and discomfort.

Dandruff cure: USING OZONE as a natural home remedy

Ozone therapy is a highly effective and natural home remedy for dandruff.  It can halt the itching and flaking that is familiar with dandruff. As high-frequency ozone rays flow over the scalp, it improves circulation and stimulates hair follicles. And this in return, ultimately stimulates hair growth.

Read more about my adventure with Ozone therapy here!

Ozone therapies are effective natural home remedies that improve your health.

There is a wide range of ways that ozone therapy adds to health and wellness. First, ozone is anti-ageing. Second, it oxygenates your cells, which is proven to create a hostile environment for cancer and disease.

Third, ozone is great for reinforcing the immune system. Fourth, to those with autoimmune complaints can use ozone to prevent the body from attacking healthy human cells.

In fact, it balances your autoimmune system and it increases energy production in cells throughout the body.

Notably, healthy cells live longer and resist age. Antioxidants help protect the body from diseases, especially cancer. Ozone is proven to improve your anti-oxidant-enzyme-system functioning. Which means reducing oxidation, making you more resilient against disease.
In addition, it reduces acidity, destroys bacteria and kills cancer as it comes in contact with cancer cells.

Ozone therapy and natural home remedies for hair loss:

First, ozone therapy for hair loss is injectable. This stimulates hair follicles to initiate growth. It also helps alleviate dandruff and makes your hair look more healthy and shiny. For example, with the right amount of ozone, it oxidises the hair and scalp, stimulates hair follicles that were otherwise rendered by DHT. In other words, this process naturally stimulates hair follicles to naturally re-grow hair.
